RETS is offering a NEWLY UPDATED Training Program on the Mandated Continuing Education Course "Texas Standards of Practice / Legal / Ethics Update".

This TREC Approved 8 hour course covers and meets the Update requirements and will count towards the 32-hour continuing education requirements needed to renew your license every two years. This two separate 4 hour courses will require a TREC mandatory written exam at the conclusion of each segment.

The goal of the Update course is to increase Inspectors knowledge of changes to the Standards of Practice, legal issues and continue challenging Inspectors to maintain high ethical standards.

TREC will not renew your license unless you provide a certificate of completion for this Mandated Texas SoP / Legal / Ethics Update course.

The SoP section of the Update course will have a strong emphasis on Sprinkler System and Water Well Inspections.

Requirements to Join Seminar:

• Stable Internet Connection for 8-hours
• Have a device with a webcam that can access the internet.
• Device compatible with Go-To-Meeting interface.
• Check in before start time with photo ID.
